About Daisy Hill Real Estates

Jersey-based company, established in 1947

The Company initially owned and managed a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial and leisure assets in Jersey, including the Jersey War Tunnels, the Islands largest tourist attraction, which was sold in 2025.

The company later branched out overseas and acquired several commercial properties in Australia, which have all since been sold. The group also acquired the 4460 acre Mondilibi farm and homestead in Victoria, Australia before expanding the operation with the acquisition of Manooka, which added 3500 acres to the property. The Mondilibi Aggregation is now an institutional grade mixed farming prospect and is currently on the market for sale. The proceeds are expected to be re-invested in Jersey and the UK.

Daisy Hill was the long-standing custodian of the Jersey War Tunnels, holding the asset for over 70 years prior to its disposal in 2025.

Today, Daisy Hill remains active in Jersey and is now seeking to diversify into UK commercial real estate, focusing on assets with strong income streams and capital growth prospects.

The team is actively seeking to increase the assets under management in the coming years and has immediate cash resources to invest.
